High Weald Dairy St. Giles Cheese 150g

Saint Giles is a delicious cow’s Milk Cheese made using the curd washed process, which removes all the Whey during making.

It has very buttery texture, similar to Port Salut, and melts extremely well. This makes it a great Cheese to cook with, especially melted on a bake potato!
