A boned and rolled Breast of Lamb stuffed with Pork Sausagemeat and Sage & Onion Stuffing. Another old fashioned cut but the flavour is amazing. Great for slow roasting and even better sliced up the next day and fried in a bit of Butter to crisp the edges.
