A bone in chop taken from the Pork Loin. It’s got everything you could want…..Crackling, the tender loin eye of pork as well as a tasty layer of fat to add to the flavour! Perfect with buttery mash, veg and apple sauce for a midweek dinner. (They don’t all come with the kidney!)
