Homereared Dry Aged Aitch Bone Joint

An old fashioned cut which you don’t see very often, the Aitch bone is taken from the top of the leg. Packed with flavour but needing slower roasting than your conventional joints you wont be disappointed with this.

Note: Does contain a wooden skewer which holds the joint together whilst cooking. Please remove before eating.
