Light, flaky frozen pastry filled with sweet apricots.

Cooking Instructions: Spread out on a baking tray and leave to thaw for 2 hours at room temperature. Bake at 170ºC fan /375ºF/Gas Mark 5 for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
