Venison Loin Steak

Saddle steak is the leanest cut of venison, it’s the backstrap in lamb or the sirloin in beef. You can marinade these steaks with some Soy, Garlic, Honey and Lemon or simply season them and fry. Must be served pink or it will be dry as there is no extra fat here!
