One of homereared Chickens spatchcocked and ready to go. Perfect for marinading and cooking on the BBQ or for a quicker version of a roast dinner. A favourite of ours when marinaded in olive oil, garlic, lemon, salt and pepper and roasted in the oven with some new potatoes!
