Homemade Beef Wellington for 2


A 12oz Dry Aged Beef Fillet encased in Mushroom Duxelle, Proscuitto and a Puff Pastry Lattice. The perfect size for two, these are handmade to order.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees and place on a baking tray for 35-40 minutes and then rest for 10 minutes before serving.
